Their mother and I live in the same school district (purposely) so the kids can stay with me one week and then stay with her one week all year long. I have full custody of the children, but just could not justify "punishing" my kids by not letting them grow up with their mother even though she and I are done.

My kids have a half-sister (mother and her long term live-in).
