That sort of thing is no honest.

But science does not say that.

There is evidence. This evidence has been observed.

There is nothing complicated or mysterious about this.

So you believe that evolution is a proven fact and that the world therefore is millions of years old and therefore the Bible is incorrect
Is that where you are coming from?

Actually if that is what you believe then there is something mysterious- why dont we see evidence of transitionals?

A day for God are 1000's years for us, so we can't say that the six day of creation are to be take literally.

And it does not change anything for us that the earth are 6000 years old or 4.5 billions years old, Jesus are and will allway be The Christ.

Sex evolved as a measure to increase civersity in immune systems, repair corrupted genes, and increase the chance of mutation occuring within offspring two-fold.

Sexual reproduction has turned out to be a very successful strategy, but there is no law saying that it had to develop.

Actually, asexual reproduction is generally quicker than sexual reproduction. Where bacteria face no threat, they need not mutate quick enough to require sexual reproduction, although some bacteria intereact and gene-swap. Bacteria may eventually evolve to need sex, but that's another day.

If bacteria were sentient beings they'd laugh at your lack of intellegence.

The age of the earth is evidenced to be approximately 4.6 billion years.

The oldest rocks on earth are approximately 4 Ga in age, so that's the lower limit, but there must be the allowance for the period of earth's history when it was essentially molten during its accretion. A crust of actual rock would not have formed until differentiation and cooling would occur.

The earth was formed by the same materials as the rest of the solar system, and these components and remnants are certain types of meteorites. Dating these meteorites gives the age of the earth and solar system.

Combining that information with cooling models of the earth and information about when the degassing of the mantle would have stopped due to the development of the crust cutting off that outlet (e.g., Xe closure age of the earth) continues to confirm that age of 4.6 Ga.

There is no biblical basis for the age of the earth, however, because there is no such claim therein. Some Christians accept Bishop Ussher's calculations of the geneologies of the Bible under the blind assumption of literalism. However, we know that the 6 ka figure is not correct.

You will also note that the scientifically determined age of the earth is 4.6 Ga not 6 ka and actually has evidence backing it up whereas the creationists have nothing.
