I've never met a CF'er. I'm unlikely to. I do not like being axe murdered.

Okay, kidding aside, I'd be up to meet a CFer. Stephanie Amber came to visit Phoenix and we were were within mere miles of eachother, but I just couldn't get it together to meet her. :( I will likely regret that for a long time, however she moved back to the NorthWest so I'll have to get up there to my old stomping grounds to hang with her, Jesse and Drew.

Mike lives here in Phoenix too, literally just a few streets down from me. Oddly, we haven't met up. Ethnog is just a relatively short drive to SoCal. Keri is a little further. LA is a likely trip for me anyway and Keri's area has some family significance to me so some day I'll get out there too.

As for all of the Canadian CFers, well, some day when I plan my great Yukon adventure they just might strike it lucky. ;)

No love for the Aussies? You'd really go and see those northerners first?

SIR YES SIR!!

Interestingly, when daydreaming about a grand Canadian adventure, I always ended up exploring the northernmost regions, but wanted to take Highway 2 up to Athabasca or maybe Peace river and then continue on further north on the littler roadways.

Of course, seeing an Oilers game would be mandatory just to see where The Great One played. Oh, isn't there another team in Alberta? Can't remember... :eheh:

Can't forget to visit Moraine Lake in Banff National Forest. I always wanted to criss cross the Canadian Rockies. Banff, Glacier Nat'l, Jasper Nat'l, Willmore Wilderness... :love2: Actually, the goal was always to somehow make it to Yellowknife and not die. From there, maybe pack up on snowmobiles into no man's land.

if you want to see a second-rate team play then yes the Oilers are your best bet  but if you want to see excellence in action, give me a call - we'll go see the Flames when you're here :D

And Banff is nice but Jasper is just... heaven. Sigh. You do need to see it someday.

And with that said, I hope to meet LT, Stephanie and Sweetlamb in the very near, sunny future.

I think we can make something happen. I think we've actually couple of day trips planned to your city when I'm out next month. And CC guy may be tagging along for one of those trips. So you could approve of him on behalf of CF ;)

Seriously, you need to assess LT's fellow. We need reconnaissance intel to be able to give a seal of approval or not. DNA samples would be useful. I've got some Xylazine that you could use if you want. (Don't ask how I got it.)
