Relapses suck... it was like, 4 months or something like that before Wednesday.

Awesome Belu...isn't it nice when it goes fast. And yes Rev...relapses do suck but try to dwell on the 4 months that's a big accomplishment.

a few weeks ago I went through a bad time with it. I haven't cut myself since high school which is about 15 years ago. I really did a number on my arms.

You are not useless and you do not deserve to hurt. Seeking the path of recovery is hard. I encourage you to seek the path of healing and strength through Christ. He will never give up on you and wouldn't want you to feel the way you do when you cut/self-injure. If you need someone to talk to, feel free to PM me. I'll keep you in my prayers
