it's been almost two months for me. i took a nap earlier today, though, and while I was sleeping I had a really, really vivid dream about doing si again. in the dream i was desperate and stressed out and just allowed myself to get all hyped about si and i did it without reserve just because i was so stressed out.

right now in my life i'm quite stressed about a particular issue and i'm worried that my dream was prophetic. i so don't want to do si and the thought of getting hyped about it makes me sick but i'm worried.

I know i havent posted here before, but i have been lurcking around for awhile and finally got around to making an account.

I want each and everyone of you to know that just finding the support here is a great step along the path to quiting.

Each day and even each hour is a victory. I at one time also so counted hours and was proud of myself if i went even 5 or 6 hours without cutting.

I hope and pray everyone succeeds in whatever their goal is.

Next month i will have gone 3 years without cutting. Some days are still a struggle but i lean on God for strength.

The last time I can remember cutting was late July. So about three months?

I am proud of myself because it is the longest I have gone without giving in to the urges so far.

I hope everyone else is doing alright in their struggles.

I've found the day its been 158 days since I last self-injured! 6 months on the 23rd of October, 06! I'm proud of me... but each day is still a HUGE struggle not to hurt myself.
