three months...until tonight.. Congrats though on the one month!! it is difficult, but possible. My longest was 8 months. Make goals for yourself, after a month say, "I want to go another day", because it is a "one day at a time" kind of thing. If you say I don't want to for another month, it will be more difficult. Just ride out the storm. Congrats. I am proud of you. Good luck.

I think contracts would be interesting...and helpful, I think it it would help with you guys posting more about trigger points (negative) and many other postive avoidance behaviors!!

I am really pleased with myself. It has been about 6 years since I last self harmed. I use to cut myself all the time from the age of about 13. I stopped when I was about 19. I do get urges every now and again though.
