For those who say that Trump has legitimate claims regarding election fraud, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit just upheld a District Court opinion that tossed Trump’s case based on claims of election fraud. The decision was unanimous. For the record, all three judges were appointed by Republican Presidents.

The grounds were mainly that it would be impossible to correct the problem now. As Trump said, the facts are on his side but time is running out
I keep thinking about the 1856 Election in Kansas. That was massive fraud by the Border Roughs who were the ANTIFA rioters of their day.
It lead to the Civil War. The next civil war is likely to be about private property (Capitalism/Socialism) but I am merely a student of history..JMHO

Actually the court’s reasoning was based on a lack of evidence presented by the Trump campaign. The judge who authored the opinion wrote “charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”

The election of 1856 has no application here. The election two weeks ago is the one I’m thinking about.

And no time to gather the evidence. The Court mainly did not want to deal with it. Just as the election in 1856 was allowed to stand because the Governor thought it would calm things down.

Except we keep hearing from Trump supporters that there is so much evidence out there. If so, where is it? Why is it not being presented to the courts? Time shouldn’t be a factor if so much evidence is available.

There is evidence and it will be presented. This issue has captured public attention. It will be the subject of many best selling books, if nothing else.
The fact is, that never proven allegation "Russians stole the election"....Look at the damage that has done to this nation for the past 4 years. Now this is much worse, much much worse.
This Should Never Have Happened. Unless the country does the simple thing, the easy thing and devises a voting system that Americans can have faith in...and the question is, why why why is that so very difficult? Because the politicians do not want reform...and that makes me suspect that they are committing voter fraud.
It has to change, simple...clean up the election process.
BTW, many people believe the Russians stole the election 2016. Where is the proof?

OK. Trump is facing tax charges in New York, possible charges of defamation, and real estate fraud among others. I’m not making this up. He might be able to pardon himself to avoid Federal charges, but that won’t effect state charges.
