1. Play video games on my phone.

2. Watch YouTube funny videos.

3. Watch documentaries.

4. Watch movies on Netflix, Hulu, and/or prime.

5. Listen to music.

6. Post on social network.

7. Read a book, magazine, or newspaper.

8. Do arts and crafts.

9. Learn a dance move on YouTube.

10. Clean your house.

11. Take a nice bath.

12. Don't just watch movies, write about the movies you watch on a blog or something.

13. Start a blog.

14. Watch or listen to podcast, like the news or something.

15. Learn to cook.

16. Write lists of things to do, just like I am doing.

17. Make a YouTube video, even if it is private.

18. Watch debates so that you can learn.

If I was in quarantine, then this would be my list.

1. Every day, think of one person who you are no longer in contact with. If it is appropriate to do so, send them a message of goodwill and extend the hand of friendship. Even if they do not reciprocate, it makes you feel good.
2. If you love drawing or producing artwork, get creative and produce some of your work. Go to mypaint.org download the program and start painting using your computer or tablet. Share your creations each day with us!
3. Learn a new language. One of the most effective ways of learning words in a new language is to build up associations between words and images. Get some post-it stickers. In your chosen new language, write down the names of objects in your home - your clock, your TV, your sofa, your table, absolutely anything! When you are walking around your home, you will see them and memorise them!
4. If you love cooking, experiment and try something just a little bit different. If you have a spice rack, try customising your dish to make a signature creation - and share your recipe with us!

Thank you :)

Those are pretty good suggestions.

Do you play chess, if not that is a good game to learn. If you like it it can pass a lot of time.

Thank you very much for the suggestion :)

I'll put that on my list.

I've been locked down since March.

1. I work all the time. I'm months ahead and it's at a higher level of quality.

2. Exercise. Gyms are closed. Body weight exercises, stretches, long walks. I haven't gained an ounce in almost a year.

3. Reading. I've wanted to have time to read, and now I do. It's better for me and my sanity to read than to watch tell-a-vision.

4. Building models. When my bi-polar turns manic, I need something to do, and building a model keeps me busy and safe.

...

Lockdown seems to have been good for me. It's terribly lonely, but I'm very productive. There are people who will say "well that's good", and those people are wrong. They've missed the point entirely.

I like the foreign language suggestion, but if you have lots of alone time you can also learn to play an instrument or pick one back up. Technology has never made his easier with lots of online helps for guitar, keyboard or drums.
