To me she comes across as uneducated on complex matters and as someone who will just blame everyone else for her problems.
That *is* Obama - to a tee. People rail against Sarah as if she's some sort of incompetent but give Obama a complete pass on the enormity of his incompetence. I think they are enamored by his smooth speaking abilities, by his 'golden tongue' which says absolutely nothing but sounds really keen. That sounds more like Obama.
You think she's a walking joke; fine. I support her, wholeheartedly. Why don't you take a whack at me and we can discuss the irrationality of your hatred and fear directly.

I would like Sarah Palin's detractors, and only her detractors, to list all of Sarah Palin's failures, with a legitimate link to evidence of said failure. Same concerns with your cousin's blog apply.
I see two "comments" by you thus far in this thread - for which one would you have me provide an "exclusive" rebuttal? How about an idea. I have been waiting for Palin supporters to list her achievements and accomplishments. I have also looked to see what her detractors have said. In a week or so, I plan on writing something about my assessment of her as a political figure.
Why don't you provide the exclusive rebuttal to my comments? I am sure we can make it a one-on-one discussion?
Are you game?
...to which no rebuttal [I suspect] is possible; and the other two comments I've made here have been to other posters. You're welcome to rebutt either of those - how I'm "ignorant" [for supporting Sarah] or how I "scare" those who don't support Sarah.I guess it's fair to say she's failed to win the hearts and souls of the left.
I think that she stepped down from being Governor because she felt that she couldn't give the job her full attention due to being bombarded with all of the frivolous and baseless lawsuits against her.

I, on the other hand, have provided several comments; the first to your OP: ...to which no rebuttal [I suspect] is possible; and the other two comments I've made here have been to other posters. You're welcome to rebutt either of those - how I'm "ignorant" [for supporting Sarah] or how I "scare" those who don't support Sarah.
For the reasons that you support her. You don't give a crap that she knows nothing about politics, world affairs, economics, history, science, etc. You don't care that she quit being governor because people were being mean to her. You don't care that she lies to you, and prays to your gullibility for an 8 figure salary. You don't care about her hypocrisy, or the fact that she said she'd hate to be in a stuffy political office, she'd rather be fishing, or that fishing is more important than reading books.I support her - wholeheartedly. How am I "ignorant?"
Why do you always have to make this comparison. We can dislike Obama and dislike Palin. However, Obama graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law (no easy task I can assure you), and at least comes across as somewhat intelligent - more so than his predecessor Mr. "Nucular" or Caribou Barbie. That *is* Obama - to a tee. People rail against Sarah as if she's some sort of incompetent but give Obama a complete pass on the enormity of his incompetence. So you are going to keep us sitting on the edge of our seats awaiting your 'assessment' of Sarah Palin? I dont think I have felt this much anticipation for something since the season premier of Kourtney and Khloe take Miami. Its nothing short of brilliant the way you have mixed in the following cliffhanger as well:If you read the comment you quoted, you will note that I said "In a week or so, I plan on writing something about my assessment of her as a political figure. Why don't you provide the exclusive rebuttal to my comments? I am sure we can make it a one-on-one discussion?"
EdwinWillers: ignorant or not? Tune in next week to find out!I am sure we can make this an exclusive debate between us. If you are ignorant, it will be apparent, if not, it will be apparent.
You think she's a walking joke; fine. I support her, wholeheartedly.
Does your bitterness give you this insight into other peoples minds? Or is it your mind reading abilities that cause your bitterness? Either way, once you cut through the anger and bile in your post, there is really nothing left. For the reasons that you support her. All you care about is that she's a pretty face, that can scream that the ebil liberal media is attacking her and her talentless daughter.
Ohhhh, now I get it! Silly meIf you read the comment you quoted, you will note that I said "In a week or so, I plan on writing something about my assessment of her as a political figure. Why don't you provide the exclusive rebuttal to my comments? I am sure we can make it a one-on-one discussion?"

A merit based assessment can be made.
How about it?
Ask Jase - he knows all about why I support her - and from the sounds of it, even better than I do.What exactly is it about her that you support?
Well good for him - and a hearty "so what?" to boot - and I suppose it's because of his superior scholasticism that he's taken this country down farther in two years (one really) than Mr. "Nucular" could in eight. Well that makes perfect sense. Kudos to Mr. Magna Cum Laude and his 2.8 teleprompter which enables him to come across as "somewhat" intelligent - it works; he indeed comes across "somewhat" intelligent - despite his precious [in the sight of some] honors.

When Harry Truman was president, he kept a motto on his desk in the Oval Office stating that "The Buck Stops Here!"Book review: Palin goes rogue on the facts
November 17, 2009 By Max Blumenthal
..... Going Rogue is an autobiographical account of her political life that culminates with a revisionist history of the 2008 presidential campaign. According to Palin, her most embarrassing moments on the campaign trail, from her disastrous interview with CBS anchor Katie Couric to her expensive shopping sprees, were really the fault of her running mate, Sen. John McCain, his staffers, and her favorite whipping post, the national press corps. Having filled her book with complaints about all the people who lifted her from obscurity and brought her into the national spotlight, Palin nonetheless writes, "I don't like to hear people complain."
Former First Lady Barbara Bush is certainly not known for mincing words, though this may be one of the more subtle hints she’s thrown down in a while. Speaking alongside her husband, President George H. W. Bush, to Larry King in an exclusive interview, she delivered a doubled-edged critique of Sarah Palin– “She’s beautiful,” she tells King, but “she’s very happy in Alaska, and I hope she’ll stay there.”
