You are an evangelical in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that God's grace enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.

Interesting. I took this test twice. The second time I gave positive answers to Calvinistic and literal 6 day creation questions and as a result scored higher in Fundamentalist (93% from 73%). Does this mean that Fundementalism includes Calvinism and believe in a literal 6 day creation?

There are Calvinist fundamentalists out there, but I've also met a fundamentalist preacher on my campus who goes so far as to believe in open theism (which is basically the anti-Calvinism). In any case, I am a Calvinist, and I'm not a fundamentalist, except it seems by the definition on this forum (which is really orthodoxy rather than fundamentalism).

"You are Emergent/Postmodern in your theology. You feel alienated from older forms of church, you don't think they connect to modern culture very well. No one knows the whole truth about God, and we have much to learn from each other, and so learning takes place in dialogue. Evangelism should take place in relationships rather than through crusades and altar-calls. People are interested in spirituality and want to ask questions, so the church should help them to do this."
LOL I must have misclicked a couple of times on the "older forms of church" questions because that's not what I believe. However the bit about evangelism is spot on.

It asked me a tie breaker question. LOL :D

I have taken this test before. Seems I score a little different every time I take it, but always pretty high on fundamentalism and Wesleyan, which is not surprise as I am a Methodist and often considered a fundy.

Interesting. This quiz has quite different results for me than many others have:

Not really a surprise here. Though I thought some of the questions could be interpreted a couple different ways. I consider myself a "historical Fundamentalist," in that I agree with the Five Fundamentals.

You scored as Reformed Evangelical.

You are a Reformed Evangelical. You take the Bible very seriously because it is God's Word. You most likely hold to TULIP and are sceptical about the possibilities of universal atonement or resistible grace. The most important thing the Church can do is make sure people hear how they can go to heaven when they die.

I scored higher as "Evangelical Holiness/Weslyan" than I did as "Fundamentalist".

So, does that mean I'm a Methodist now? Or a Moravian?

I also scored as a Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan, although my upbringing was fundamentalist. From the way the questions were outlined, I think the difference between the Wesleyans and the fundamentalists had to do with whether you thought that being actively involved in politics, etc. was very important to you or not.

A few of the question were worded strangely and a few others asked questions about about people I'm not familiar with. On those I went for middle ground.

some things I was not sure of so I did not pick a strong agree.

You scored as Fundamentalist.

You are a fundamentalist. You take the Bible as the foundation of your faith and read it very literally, and it shapes your worldview. Non-fundamentalist Christians have watered-down the Gospel in your view, and academic study of the Bible stops us from 'taking God at his word.' Science is opposed to faith, as it contradicts basic biblical truths.

Interesting quiz, though I also found some of the questions worded a little awkwardly.
But here's what I got:

You scored as Fundamentalist.
