How Does the enemy Attack?

I wanted to start this thread to bring to light some of the attempts the enemy does to break you down...
1. The enemy always works on the mind. How does he use the mind?

Sickness (mental or physical) - from the first time the enemy tries to speak it to you - you must start speaking back in reassurance that your Father will turn it around or allow you run successfully with it.. Glory To God!

Depression- the enemy is backed you in corner and made you believe you are by yourself - yes that's what the enemy does.. always wants you to feel like you are alone or everyone dislikes you--- why would the enemy want you to feel this way...because once he makes you isolate yourself then he knows it's hard for the Word of God to remain in because the harsh feelings are all that's in your mind. Plus he doesn't want anyone to encourage you - why ? because the enemy isn't finished working on.. trying to break you down so he can convince you of some other foolishness..

I'll stop there if anyone wants to add to it that would be awesome too..

Worrying-- this is the enemies favorite because he knows we fall subject to it - the majority - the enemy can always find something to make you worry about - our children - mates but, we must remember to give it back to the Lord because in the LORD HE IS PEACE.

Demonic spirits. Attacking the weakest link in our families. Spirits of control, fear, hindrance, suicide, murder. This is what has been coming against my family and those around me. I stand strong against the wiles of the devil and trample on those serpents and scorpions in Jesus name.

Actually it's much more simple than what has been listed.

(1) You Have sinned against so & so

(2) Your thoughts are immoral hence you're experiencing this & that (bad stuffs of cos) which is Self Justification

(3) You should confess this & that (causes one to be introspective & not Christ Centric which is like the Children of Israel wondering in the wilderness, whomsoever looked at their wounds-DIE, however whosoever looked at the Bronze Serpent-LIVED+ Insulting the BLOOD of Christ who has washed all Believers Sins past/ current & future)

(4) You should pray for a certain length of time/ fast for this & that plus one needs to do do this & that so as to score points- Invalidate the Grace of Christ & not being able to GO BOLDLY to the Throne of GRACE in times of need.

(5) Pastors & 'Well meaning' Christians friends (Doing the work of the DEVIL) who kept reminding you of the sins you've commited- bringing the believers into bondage & condemnation which essencially KILLS fm within slowly!

I am talking about the attacks that come when we are doing the will of God, as opposed to doing legalism, sinning against one another. I come from a discerning of spirits type of background. We all know in part and prophesy in part, so let us not try to monopolize the whole thread because not one of us knows the whole picture otherwise the body of Christ would be you and not us. Maybe the calamities that befall the wicked actually can affect us. Oh yeah, spirits of intimidation. When you are walking the walk and talking the talk, all hell will break loose on you. I expect, in fact am vigilant to see the firey darts of the wicked one, and have and will speak the word boldly. I am talking about what I have actually experienced and I walk through the fires they set for me. I am open to others explanations and ideas, because when you humble yourself to receive a righteous person, you get a righteous person's reward. Bless.

We as Christians should know fully well that the devil will use any means to distress Gods children and even more the ones that profess and Trust in His Holy Name. We are nothing on our own, only the Power in Him and His Holy name can We use to ward off the assaults of the evil one.

We must never take off the armor of God, in removing even one piece of this gear that is designed for our spiritual defence will allow satan to get in and under our defence............

We must be humble and gentle as lambs but as wise as serpents.......After all, to know what satan is always trying to achieve, is to know not to let down our defences..........The first and foremost rule of battle procedure.........

We are in a battle and giving into his assaults is follie to think otherwise.......The Devil is like a roaring lion searching this world to an fro seeking whom he may devour.........Bottom line, never remove the armor of God....God Bless all of You and in Him alone is our refuge and strength from the evil one...........Dave

Armor of God. Great idea. It helps to have a prayer language for me. Praying in the Holy Spirit is such a blessing at times. I think helps to know that the armor is in place. Righteousness, peace, faith, word of God, salvation, and truth. Awesome.

Yes because God is everything.. If in every situation that is against us we can change our minds to be all about God- We Win. We have the victory.. Because Who Holds All? No one but, God. Our Peace is really in God. Your mate hurts you- and in Faith you go to God knowing that He will correct and make it better and you can rest knowing your Father is on it. God is the answer to all problems and issues. We just have to remind our minds of that every day.. Renewing our minds everyday!

How can the enemy tell someone so great that they have no value and that Child Of God believes it. That's sad to me.. Because the Craftmanship God has put in You Is Priceless that's why I say We must know Who We Are In The Lord! We Must Seek Daily The Things God Has Put In Us. Right Now & Every Day Forward I have To Seek The Lord! I Am Seeking Him For Something Now A 3 person has prophesised to me.. Who Couldn't Known What Was Said To Me By The Others.. How can the enemy tell someone so great that they have no value and that Child Of God believes it. That's sad to me.. A prophetic word is useful to do warfare with, especially if it is confirmation of something that has already been in our heart. Having a vision is good, because without vision the people perish. Spiritual gifts will help the body to grow it we minister them to one another. That is all I got for now. Keep worded up, so that the Holy Spirit has something to recall.

One of the worst things I think I've seen the enemy do is through extremists of our own faith.

How can we forget the most basic tenant? Love thy fellow man.

Maybe that's what pushed me to being a non-denominational, fellow 'Christians' trying to shove their doctrine down my throat and of everyone around them.

I don't know everything, no one does. I know that God is the Holy Father, and Jesus is my Lord and Savior. To me, it doesn't matter if someone else doesn't believe in what I do, simply because God hasn't gotten to them yet. I can't force someone to believe, likely if they ever agreed it would be to get me off their back and their faith would be shallow and false.

God hasn't set aside a place for all of us in Heaven, the Bible says so on numerous occasions (it's a little late so I'll skip the references), that doesn't mean that we can't still pray for the best for another person, believer or not. Nor does it mean they'll ever convert. We're all sinners trying to make it here in this world of flesh. How one person does it differs greatly from another.

The most important thing to remember is that, believer or not, love thy fellow man.

At least that's my opinion.

The enemy attacks your finances because he wants you to be in lack.. the enemy tries to contradict everything God says...

So the enemy may cause strife on the job or the enemy may cause a person to get under skin but, we have to do our best not to fall victim to the enemy..

Love stops everything.. Putting some love on it because the enemy has to leave because the enemy can't stand it.. If you and person has had conflict and begin to love that person and truly try to help them then the enemy must go because it is no work for him to do.. Stay Blessed!

I refuse to believe that I have any enemies .... I am firm on this belief, and perhaps it is this belief that keeps me strong in faith?

Fear to me would show lack of faith. Nothing in this world should trouble you, knowing that your destination is firm in Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ is perfect love and if He is in us, then He will cast out fear. Perfect love casts out fear.
