Hi again,
So I'm still in the mourning process, if you've read my last post in this section, but... if I'm going to grieve, I want to do so in the most healthy and constructive way possible. When I grieve, I usually cry or, if I'm unable to cry, I just hold it all in and let it ruminate within me. I like crying, but if I can't then my grieving is non-constructive.
So my question to everyone is, how do I deal with this grief that I'm feeling on the inside? Should I continue to pray about it? And what else should I do besides that? Any advice is welcome, really. Thank you.
