How does everyone feel about Spongebob?

i never thought of spongebob as gay, but there is some crude humor. look at squidwards nose for example.

I don't know what everyone else thinks but here's what I think. The whole point of that show is to entertain toddlers and preschoolers, maybe even elementry. As far as I'm concerned it's just fine for the younger of ages (probably less than 10) but anybody else who's in jr. high, high school or older shouldn't be watching it. First of all, anybody older than elementry school has much better stuff to do than watch a show that's meant for VERY little people. I can understand if a parent watches it with their children or a sibling watching it with their little sibling or somebody, but other than that it's just patheitic to me. Once again, I can understand the humor and everything from their point of view but beyond that it's just stupid. Hopefully my answer makes sense to everybody.

Uh huh. You know there are PLENTY of people out there who are grown adults who happen to be fans of animation, right? Spongebob does have things in it that is entertaining for adults. I see women's underwear and bras with spongebob on it. It's marketed for all ages. Even though I'm sick of Spongebob, I'll have to say that there are plenty of animation fans out there who do like the show. I'm a fan of Disney movies, and japanese anime, obviously because it's animated, and thus a cartoon... it's for children... and that means it's not for adults.That kind of additude annoys me. =/

I watch cartoons....haha. I mean I don't think it's a big deal. What the problem is, is when Seniors in High school, carry around Dora The Explorer blankets....

Haha, I'm 23 and I carry around a hello kitty blanket when I go on trips. My boyfriend is 28 and his car is filled with hello kitty stuff. =P

My opinion on the whole Spongebob thing... it's a blantent rip off of Ren and Stimpy which was by far superior, and more entertaining. =P
