How does everyone feel about Spongebob?

Okay, so I know this is old news, but since the Spongebob Squarepants Movie came out today, I thought I would bring this up. Am I the only one who thinks that the whole idea of Spongebob being a homosexual is stupid? ( And you might think that Patrick and S.B. are a little close, but think about Mickey Donald and Goofey. Goofey doesn't have a girl, and Mickey and Donald have been dating Minney and Daisey for HOW long and they haven't made a commitment yet....) But does anyone bring them up?...I just think that someone making a cartoon homosexual isn't possible. (I know it's possible but I just dont' think people would do it?)

its a cartoon if you are this worried about the sexuality of sponge bob then quit watching it. thats why theres a remote. a cartoon is a cartoon its entertainment some people have to much time on their hands.

Does anybody else find it strange that somebody can look at a sponge and go "Hey that sponge is GAY!!!!" A cartoon sponge for that matter....not even a real sponge in the ocean.
