I would consider cream to be creamer.

I'm not a coffee drinker myself. I don't like it's caffeine induced affect on activating the bowels

But I'm a big tea drinker. Black + teaspoon sugar + some rose water or bidmeshk <3

Sure,
Hojicha is my favourite green tea
as one who is into natural medicine, I also have a range of herbal teas. But more so for benefit than taste lol. Such as
Peppermint
Eyebright
(occasionally I will add a minor amount of blue vervain with one of the above)
Black seed with honey
Chamomile
Holy Basil
Siberian ginseng
Rose
Hibiscus

Alternatively, if I do have coffee, I like cream like yourself, or also mocha style with chocolate, sugar and with the addition of rose water
