What does your ideal Sabbath sound like?
For me, its...
A nice warm sunny day. I'd ideally spend lots of time alone so I could talk to God out loud.
I'd be awake enough from the week to spend lots of time reading without falling asleep. I'd read non-fiction religious material. Some of it study, some of it non-fiction stories from Christians.
I'd spend some time on here talking with fellow Christians
I would not go to church. I do not like church personally
I find it demotivational and it disrupts Sabbath, where I'd rather just relax, unwind, and study, and church is very taxing. Not only must you go through the social motions but the services aren't exactly thought provoking nor very relevant nor very helpful at all, a lot of fluff. Not real. I'd rather have a real experience with God. At least this is my personal church experience.
I'd also like to go listen to people singing hymns
So whats your ideal sabbath?
