At work ...thinking about stuff and feel a little bothered..

How do u get past it?

I've got problems with a bias towards rumination myself.

I deal with it by praying; if that doesn't work for you personally - try listening to something that calms you down.

Idk my brother and dad are really getting on my nerves ..I feel like I can't really talk to them..what my brother did earlier b4 I left off to work really made me mad.

I think moving out would be the only thing that would help.

Idk, I'm tired of my brother being disrespectful and my Dad just not helping at all..but the thing is ..neither are gonna change ..which is why I asked how to just let it go.

It is God's love that can change this far side. Have you seen how often wrong in you and others upsets, annoys and angers you? That is designed to be so by the father of lies to bring more wrong around. For he knows that the truth is that the more we look at wrong the worse it is able to get hold of us.

However if we look at the person who is stuck with the wrong with love then the wrong will get us to pray about both the wrong living in us responding to that as well as the wrong living in others, and in this way bring about God's love and grace in real life - and so wrong is undone - bit by bit - until only God's love and goodwill proceeding from those moments we are face with wrong - and our good life not only survive the moments wrong confronts us but grows more loving within and without destroying wrong as we walk onwards with The Living Word in our daily life.

How do u get past it?

When I lived in my father's house and my father or younger brother caused me to become angry, I would distract myself by watching a funny TV show (usually a sitcom).
