the road towards full healing is different for many to several people, some people's roads are wide and ranging of different sizes, some people's roads are narrow and lead to different other roads. What do I mean by this? Not all people are the same in healing, you choose to be healed and that is the first step into being healed of OCD.
Discipline and willpower, and the power of God. Take those words into consideration, what they mean, and apply them to your life. Not everybody is perfectly disciplined, but they come close to it. Power, you have the spirit of Power that God has given you (2 Timothy 1:7), and the spirit of self-discipline. I tell you this because in order for you to get better, you'll need to have these, or else you'll be slipping and falling through your road towards healing.
Look at what you're eating, are you eating alot of junk food, outside food(restaurant/fast food), foods with colorants and preservatives, cheese/milk? All these types of foods can cause depression and anxiety due to their unhealthy properties that do nothing to the body. I did a self experiment on myself and did not eat any of the following that I mentioned, and I feld amazing, but then on purpose I began eating fast food and milk again slowly and I got depression and anxiety back. (I'm not gonna do that again).
Positive thinking, give it a try. Stop with the "what ifs" and the "I can't" and the "why...". Negative thinking is another position of the enemy that tries to break from your happiness, in order for you to break free is to stop believing in his LIES and start believing in what your God has told you. See tomorrow as what it is, a new day, the past does not exist and the future neither(literally). Think about that!
Read about what OCD really is, STUDY IT. Study it as though you were a psychologist, learn what causes it, where it comes from, how it can be treated, EVERYTHING.
Instead of helping yourself(beat OCD), help others. Not specifically with OCD, but whatever it is. Talk to people, help them and tell them about God.
The most important thing you will want to do is praise God everyday, through maybe putting his worship songs on Youtube and singing along, reading a section of the bible, praying to him every morning when you wake up. It feels wonderful reaching out towards Him, because when we do He sees us trying and amazing things will happen when you do this.
Faith, faith that you ARE being healed by Jesus Christ as we speak, be stubborn towards the enemy, the doctors, the WORLD and say outloud: "I know the Lord God is with me through these tough times, and I know He is healing me of this disorder as I speak, and I declare these things in His name, Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven, amen."
Stop looking through the internet for answers, just stop. Seriously, I know ALL OF YOU do this, look through the internet about OCD and all that, just do this ONCE to study OCD, but please don't do it everyday.
Ah, I know this list is getting LONG but its worth the read, so keep on reading. Drink Omega 3s Fish Oil and Magnasium. Both these do RIDICULOUS changes to your body, I mean they will not cure you but will help ALOT. They'll help with depression, anxiety, OCD, ALL OF THESE. Do research on these because I'm running out of space to type.
STOP looking at disgusting things on the computer, tv, and also violent things. These types of things will cause spiritual oppression.
Dispatch evil things from your home, I don't know what it might be but if you look through your home and you see something that doesn't go according to God, then throw it away no matter how pricey it is.
Another thing I learnd is to dispatch evil spirits from your home, just go to Youtube and put on a praise song LOUD that can be heard through the whole house, and pray. After you pray, tell the evil spirits OUTLOUD "Out of my home in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, amen."
