I've got mixed feelings about the war, but I will remind you that it is not all President Bush's fault that we have troops committed. He has his cabinet chairs that advise him on important decisions when it comes to foreign policy. By the way our government is set up, if a President commits troops to ANY conflict, he must notify congress within a certain time period. Also, Congress is who declares a war, not the president. Congress calls the shots...not the President. If congress wished it so, they could pull every single last troop from Iraq. They could also declare war on Iraq, since we've only had 5 of those, and Iraq, nor desert storm, nor Korea were one of them. We are a government by the people, for the people, and if you have a problem with the decisions made, don't put all of the blame...although some of it should rightfully be...on the president. How would you feel if you were the president, you made a decision that seemed right at the time, and then were chastised for doing it? What would you do?

Sorry...I'll shut my mouth now...probably already said too much.

I see your point there. The decision is not all his. Thanks for raising that point.

And if my remarks were to strong, I do appologise. I want to be PM in Canada eventually, so I definatly understand how every decision is examined and cross examined to find holes if you are in the public eye.

I'd have to disagree with you there, I love to hear other peoples views on the man.

God Bless you all, and may God Bless Bush as he makes these tough decisions!
