9/11 wasn't an inside job. The Illuminati don't exist (not since 1785) and all the cherry picking videos in the world aren't going to make them real.

how do you know it was not an inside job? I am not claiming it is, but many engineers, and physicist have claimed the buildings could not have collapsed the way they did unless there were bombs placed inside the walls, to help it collapse.

We never hear about building 7, that collapsed as if imploded, and it was hit by nothing.

We should not be so ignorant as to not to believe the US government is not part of a one world order that is forming right before our eyes.

1) There is no NWO going on.

2) Contrary to the hype made by many who obsess about the end times, Scripture doesn't talk about a NWO.

Does that mean that it's impossible for a one world government to ever develop? Of course not. I mean, in all practicality it would probably be several generations or centuries removed from us for such a thing to even be fathomably possible, but it's possible. And I find the notion of a one world government terribly disconcerting, not because Scripture predicts the Antichrist as a ruler of a global government; but because no government should have that kind of power--it's simply too dangerous and leaves no possibility of escape. Despite the inherent flaws in today's nation-state formula, at the very least if one finds oneself in a corrupt and oppressive state there is at the very least the potential and hope of leaving for some place more tolerant. In a one-world superstate, there is no hope for reprieve, no place to go.

So I am from the outset hostile to the notion of a global superstate, it's a horrible idea from the start. I just don't believe Scripture exactly predicts a global superstate nevermind some "new world order".

The notion of a NWO has nothing to do with biblical exegesis and Christian faith; it has everything to do with bunk conspiracy theories invented in the paranoid imaginations of people who are too terrified to imagine a world where sometimes crap happens. It's a sinful world people, sometimes bad things happen. Sometimes people get sick and die. Sometimes people are so filled with hate that they commit gross acts of terror and murder against other people. Sometimes nations go to war with one another. Sometimes government officials are corrupt, sometimes entire governments are corrupt. That's the nature of a world ripe with the fruit of human iniquity. It does not mean that there is a secret cabal of masterminds scheming and plotting and that every terrible thing that happens is part of some systematic master plan.

There is no Dr. Doom. Life is not a comic book with grand evil villains and mad scientists.

Place your faith in Christ and work toward helping and loving your neighbor. That is God's will as revealed to us in Holy Scripture.

It's been a decade since the horrible events of 9-11. Let's make an effort to remember that with the appropriate sobriety and prayerfulness, to reflect upon this and place our energies directed in and toward Christ for the sake of our fellow man: to love others, to be giving and kind and gentle. To have our hearts be bursting open with forgiveness and grace. Let us put an end to our grudges. Let us give of ourselves to Jesus, so that He can be the light shining through us to light up the dark corners of this world. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us live as Christians for His glory.

we can do the all the things you suggested, which is proper, but it does not mean we just stick our heads in the sand against evil...you use the comic book analogy, I find that insulting, the bible speaks of super powers...God and Satan.

Yes we focus on Jesus, but their is also a roaming lion, Satan which wants to devour Gods children..the bible tells us we fight against the black darkness of the unseen. The Holy Spirit equips us to fight against evil, so your sermon was one sided, you forgot the supernatural side.

There is nothing wrong with discussing what might of happened on 9/11 or if there is a one world order to come.

I find interesting that in almost every recounting of the fall of the towers that I've heard people say "like an explosion". Sure a plane hitting the tower would sound like that to a certain number of people, but to almost every person that tells their story? If one puts the towers video side by side with an actual professional explosive demolition the similiarities are uncanny. Just sayin'

Well, sure those jet airliners had large fuel tanks. Those 2 towers were also so huge that those air liners were dwarfed by them. I think we all know what happens when jet fuel is ignited, it expodes, and if any residual fuel remains it burns off very quickly. Nothing like we witnessed on tv that day. It also leads to suspicion that they found a chemical used in demolition explosives in what was left in the basements of the buildings.

Just the sheer magnitude of what would be required to pull off such a cover up should lead anyone with more than a third grade education enough intelligence to dismiss such notions after about 1/2 second of evaluation.

Satan isn't a super power, that's Dualism which is heretical. And while yes, the devil is a roaring lion, he is also--in the words of Martin Luther--a chained dog. The devil is defeated, for what does Holy Scripture say? "Resist the devil and he must flee". What else does Holy Scripture say? "The God of peace will soon crush Satan underneath your feet." For we confess that Christ having died and descended into Hell and rising again on the third day has defeated the powers of Sin, Death, Hell and the devil; as St. John's Revelation puts it, Christ has overcome and has the keys of Hades.

The devil has been robbed, crushed, thrown down and trampled upon. And while he is surely angry, surely vile, surely destructive, his power does not fathomably approach the power of the Risen and Living Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Lord and Savior who reigns forever and ever as King of kings and Lord of lords.

As we sing in that old hymn:

One little word shall fell him. The Word is Christ, proclaim the Name, Jesus lives and reigns forever. He who crushed the serpent's head and doomed Hell's doors.
