How do most Christian deal with objects millions or billions of light years away from Earth?

The sun and moon on the 4th day. The light on the first day was a different light as in later spoken of as the light of the world, I am the light, etc.

Just so you know, while the early church could not identify the light source God created, they never said the light God created was Jesus. When Jesus says He is the light of the world, He is not saying He was created in Gen.1:3. The light created was a finite light. I believe the light was the earth's core.

Gen.1:2 - Earth was without form and void, with more in common with the bubble in a lava lamp than with a sphere. God's Spirit moves over the watery blob of the earth and is about to create something for the earth.

Gen.1:3 - God creates the earth's core. His voice may have caused some form of sonoluminescence (see star in a jar experiment).

Job 38:14 - the earth takes shape as clay to the seal.

Gen.1:4-5 - the earth's first rotation as a planet, marking the first day-night cycle that would not reach fruition until Day 4. The ancient Christians understood these two verses to mean the earth's first full rotation as a spherical planet.

God did not create Himself in Gen.1:3. Jesus is God and is co-eternal with the Father. Genesis chapter 1 is about the creation of the universe and everything related to the earth and all things therein.

We write our sci-fi and consider the possibilities of such things as time-travel, and congratulate ourselves on our ingenuity, where both young and old events occur simultaneously, but if God, the very inventor of time, makes the earth both young and old, we call it a lie???
Science calls sci-fi a lie too

It's not just fantasy, but projection of known physics beyond what can be proven. Still, science is not the only purveyor of fact. Nevertheless, my point was not against science, but against those who claim God cannot do such a thing, but find some scientific speculation and even philosophical speculation less than outrageous: "particles popping randomly in and out of existence", "the cat is simultaneously both in the box and not in the box", "nothingness is unstable", "the electrons change to particles before the mere observation that triggers them to do so".
