I'm bisexual and I don't see it as evil or anything, it's just been messing up my plans for the future. So, I was wondering how I can stop liking girls, and only like guys?

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Some studies have revealed that many women get 'turned on' by the naked female form than a male one. That's probably not too uprising given the sexualisation of the female body in our society.
You don't need to indulge your sexual drawings to other females. Any idea why males don't appeal to you - any background factors that may have aided in that?

Realize why God is so against homosexuality: no child can be conceived. Think about this, sex isn't all about pleasure; there's the health and the life of a baby involved. And may God lead you into healthy conviction.

Hey neonpinkroses, I don't know if this'll help since...well, I'm not bisexual, but maybe it's not 'I need to not like girls' but 'I won't pursue girls but I will persue men'.
I think struggling with attraction to women is something you'll be going through your whole life, but you can choose weather to pursue it or not (not that it would be an easy choice - as a man attracted to women, celibacy seems like a really tough challenge to me). I don't know weather or not you are a Christian, but if you are I'd honestly recommend being in constant prayer about this (and finding other who could support you). And I'll be prayin for you too
