How did you choose your name?

Mine is simply my first and middle name which is what my big sis calls me.

I got mine from a nick-name that was given to me a long time ago.
It was cute...so, I kept it!

My username comes from a song I wrote, which is called You Alone Are Worthy. In the chorus (look down to my sig), it says we lay our lives down at the foot of the Cross as LIVING WORSHIP to You, Lord... the thought of living sacrifice like in Rom 12 is big on my heart, and I also thought it would sound cool as a username Does it?

Well, mine doesn't have any deep meaning. I just love garnets. All my jewelry, including my wedding ring, is gold and garnet. And it's not even my birthstone.

Garnet, I love garnets too. I have a beautiful garnet, diamond ring and a garnet, diamond, opal necklace. Both were gift from my darling. Garnet actually makes a beautiful name!

I got my nickname Nancaroo about 11-12 years ago. I was working as a cashier at an Arby's in Harrisburg, Pa. My boss' name was Liz and she was a gem. She for some reason always called me Nancaroo. It just stuck to me. I like it

Oooo Barbara...sounds like some nice jewelry. And it has so much more meaning when it's a gift from a loved one. All my stuff has been given to me by family, friends and hubby. Usually to commemorate a special occassion.

Garsh...would never thought of using family nicknames for me as a screen name. My father had an...odd...sense of humor. One nickname was Pot...cause even as a baby, I had a pot belly. That mutated into Potarooski. Another family nickname is Cricket...because I used to rub my legs together in my sleep.

*chuckle* Cricket wouldn't be a bad on-line nick...but Pot would likely be very misconstrued.

A nickname I had as a child was BarBelle. I never thought of that as an online name. I may have to start using that.

My name is basically Eledhwen, surrounded by two x's I use this name almost everywhere online

It is an elvish name from the Lord of the Rings and it means "star maiden"

I chose star because I want to be a shining light for Jesus in the darkness of this world!

Well, everyone calls me Panda, because my name is Miranda. So they always call me Miranda Panda, or Panda, or Randa Panda. And well Panda is always taken so I played around with different things and I came up with PandaJunky. And, I also have panda stuff all over my room and you know when someone really likes something, you sometimes call them a junky.
