How can I make my breakfast healthier?

I eat the same breakfast every day. 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, 2 loaves of 100% whole grain wheat bread, 2 cups of mixed fruit. I don't drink any water in the morning, because the milk and fruits are already a source of hydration and I'm not thirsty after them. I do not buy any food with preservatives, the milk is anti-biotic free and no artificial growth hormones.

I am full after this meal, and I won't get hungry until lunch time. I have 416 calories from breakfast (Not including calories from fruits because I don't know how much they are and they are very low in calories to begin with), I will then get 1,220 calories from lunch which will include vegetables this time along with mixed nuts for a snack to get the rest of the micronutrients I need.

I'm not sure if I'm missing anything here for breakfast, I am getting at least 16% carbs from the bread alone, and the fruits are also a source of carbs and micronutrients. The eggs and milk are for the protein and calcium.

You are already doing things right. Do not overthink this stuff. Maybe, oatmeal, and 2% milk instead?
