how can I get into shape given my hallux rigidis and other foot problems

Hi, I've never been in shape before to a great extent, but before I could walk around, jump, play basketball, so at least I had the potential to get in shape. However, after injuring my left big toe, I now have a permanent condition where I can only hobble around, so all stuff like P90x putting weight on foot isn't possible. Besides fasting, I don't know how I would build muscle or get cardio? ( I also have left foot posterior tibial tendon dysfunction). I obviously don't have $$ to fix it even if some surgeon said he could fix it also

There are yoga exercises for the legs that doesn't put your weight on the feet and can even use ankle weights or resistance bands to raise the effort.

Light resistance with large numbers of repetitions can turn the activity into cardio. You can still do upperbody and arm workouts with dumbbells even if sitting down,
