Recently there have been public spats and changes at the top of a very well-known agency giving aid to persecuted Christians.
Given that the work is continuing, how bad an example would need to be made by the people making decisions for you to stop donating, assuming you have been a regular contributor.
Would a private moral failure be worse than discovering fraud?
And a further consideration. Do many founders of organisations stay on too long?
Is it pride, insecurity, possessiveness, the power or a genuine conviction that it is the Lord's work given specifically to him/her?

Which agency are you referring to?

The organisation is Barnabas Fund.
Personally I am not phased by the issues over the leadership. The work is the thing that matters.
I have even been an observer directly of discord in Christian leadership. Much is to do with being annoyed that you and your views are not treated with respect. Sometimes the authority card is just pulled on you. "This ministry has been given to me by God and I have to see it through..."
