The combination of my depression and chronic immune system disorder has left me at the end of my rope. I have slept much of the past several months due to constant infections and depression. Now I am weak and can barely shower. I am so tired and do not feel there is hope things will get better.

I know that you are very ill right now and can't see how things could improve but God can bring improvement about. Please don't heed hopelessness such realities lie about God and His healing power all the time and bring us the pit. Faith in God's love is what you need, faith in God's love can rebuild us and make us stronger than pain can bring to bear.

Praying that things will improve for you.



To God's Depressed Child,

To think less of yourself then God's own
Brings you much pain and suffering.
Your worth is an incredible high price

Depression is also what devil's lies brings inside

and don't let Satan your good life squander.

Take hold of God's precious loving truth.
A life in Him stays safe from lies that hurt.
Jesus' truth will comfort your bleeding heart
Lovingly remaking your fallen life anew.

I can understand what you are going through as I have battled depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years. It is very debilitating, but please don't give up as there is hope of regaining your health. The most important thing is that you get adequate rest so your body - and mind - can recover and also make sure that you eat well. It can take time to get better and you need support, understanding and love. I hope you have good caring people in your life which you can turn to? I want you to know that you're not alone in your struggles. Pray daily, even if it's a weak prayer. I will say a prayer for you also and don't be scared to ask for prayer on this site.

I really do know what you are going through, but even though you walk through a dark valley try to take it one day at a time and try to ignore your fears. Use this time to grow closer to God as it's his LOVE that gets us through!

Im sorry. I think most us go through depressing times. Sometimes longer then others. Hard to feel positive when feeling so weak and tired. I will pray for you and speak healing words over you in His name. God Bless you. And may God give you strength and health. ♡
