Hehe, well when my husband and I got married last year, I pretty much stopped watching a number of shows I used to be addicted to. But the one I could NOT give up was Lost. See, my husband pretty much never watches dramas or anything with a continuing story line. So, in order to spend more time with each other, we gave up most of the stuff that the other wouldn't watch. But with Lost, I would just tape it and watch it when I got a chance and it worked out fine. Though I always wished I could talk about it with him. BUT then.... I had several ep's on tape and was watching them all at once, and he came in and sat with me. Well, I'm happy to say he's hooked! Now he checks with me to make sure we've taped the latest one, etc. It's great! The hard part is trying to fill him in on all the previous connections and stories, etc. But that will come in time. I'm just so glad he's enjoying it and that we can watch together. Anyway, I'm rambling, but just wanted to share how happy I am!!! :D

Huh! My hubby still won't watch but I have caught him a couple of times with it on in the bed room while I'm watching in the living room. I'll yell back about what's that your watching and he always denies it.
So congrats on getting yours hooked.

LOL how funny, yeah me and hubby started watching the episodes by renting the first season all at once. Oh my, we stayed up all night long popping in one DVD after another. But this season I told hubby I wanted to try and watch every week on the tv. Well we have missed some episodes here and there, so I would agree that waiting and then watching all at once is better. But less suspense is there when you "think" you will know it all by the end of the season. Anyway, hubby gets frustrated at it then says I hate this stupid show but he amd I are hooked and so is our 11yr old son LOL

You are so lucky. My husband hates the show.

He doesnt like long running series unless they are comedy. I still talk to him about Lost but I think he just switches off.
My husband is exactly that way normally. But I think since I've been so sick he has been spending more time with me even if I'm watching something he doesn't like. In this case it happened to get him hooked. Hehehe...
