I had a mild episode over something which happened in my life, today. And it may have bled into my posts. I will be talking to my psychiatrist about it in oh, two days or so.

I feel ashamed for having a mild episode. I feel like those filled with the Holy Spirit shouldn't have them.

Personally, I think I am on too much medicine. I take a lot.

sorry this might be personal details but several people with severe schizophrenia in Australia get a fortnightly injection from a mental health nurse. It is also a way of making sure they don't miss their medication. I think it would be better than taking all those oral meds.

In the beginning the world was without form and void it was darkness and chaos.
Before you had the Holy Spirit your soul was without form and void full of darkness and chaos.

God saw the light and called it good and He separated the light from the darkness. He called the light day and the darkness He called night. His light went into you changing you forever though you still contain dark night He overlooks this and calls you day light.

You are a new creation in Christ. You have the light of the Holy Spirit in you and God sees that light and calls it good. You are stull on earth, in your body of flesh, which is darkness and dead. You are both light and dark, both night and day until you are resurrected into a perfect righteous body of light. This flesh vessel will always have darkness in it trying to snuff out the light but it never can because God is greater and will never abandon you. You may not see your light but trust that He does.

Your faith is counted to you as righeousness God does not condemn you for the sins the dead dark flesh does without your consent you are not doing them, it is because it can't help it but your heart/will is free in Christ not to sin, it cannot sin.

I am on 10 mg Abilify, 20 mg Lexapro, 2 mg Risperidone.

I will have to double check to make sure that is correct, but I think so.
