This is both untrue (the DSA does not want the abolition of capitalism, and the only industries they want to see nationalized are utilities and critical infrastructure) and has no bearing on immigration.

It’d be pure speculation on my part as well, though seeings how I’m not the one denying the verifiable fact that (the GOP-led Congress told the Biden Administration to sell of parts of the unused “border-wall”, (rather than to continue to pay for storage) and the compliance shown was immediately taken to court by states GOP leadership, placed the administration into a no-win situation.

Was the National GOP policy at odds with the State-level GOP Policy, like it seems?

That is laughable. Biden CLEARLY was selling it off before Trump took office. You can and have spun it any which way you want to. They were unused sections...unused because Biden stopped building the border wall as soon as he got into office, so it sat there for 4 years.
