I guess us bible only types are limited( do you see us as having an insufficient prayer life) to just praying like Jesus gave us as an example..Guess we'll get straightened out in heaven..When we will see clearly when we see Him face to face..

and in the book of Revelations the 'prayers of the saints' are presented by the angels to the throne of God.

Just a couple of questions ..Do we know these are from the saint's who have died in the flesh or the saints that are on the earth at the time or this could be the saints on earth during the tribulaions..But either way it could be just prayers from the living be saints who were at the time or are alive on earth....How can you differentiate the two..Can you prove he was talkings about the saints who are only in heaven? ..Also Revelation is that was, what is , and is to come ..

If you're not a Catholic, that's fine. I'm not one. But you have no right to disregard a tradition older than a millenium as ridiculous. Ocean-front property indeed.

It is referring to those still alive at the end of time, just prior to the resurrection.

Luke uses eidon, which primarily means to "see" and secondarily means to 'perceive/understand' with the mind.

Not conclusively merely a "vision".

I mean quite simply that, as in Revelations, those who have died are with Christ in heaven. They are shown as being conscious, and actively worshiping.
