Hi, I was wondering whether any of you guys knew the Hillsong song that has lyrics something like this:

No weeping, no hurt or pain, no sick or lame, You hold me now, You hold me

I think the verse starts 'On that day', and there's a line about 'when wars and violence cease, all creation lives in peace'.

They did it at the Hillsong conference last weekend, and at Hillsong London this evening, and I was wondering whether anyone knew who wrote it/if there are chords on the internet somewhere.
