How can I continue to say that I am a Christian if I have a hidden sin I think that I should be open and clean to the world around me.
Are you saying the Holy Spirit is convicting you to openly confess something?

Quit it ,repent it ,and forget it.
God forgives you when you confess your sin he is just to forgive you.
In God's eyes through Christ you sin is gone never to be brought back against you.
Unless you continue in it.
The Church and the devil are the only ones who never forget your sin.
In eternity their vote doesent count.

Prayer, then repentance: 1 John 1:9. Then a prayer of thanksgiving. Then prayers for the whole armor of God. BTW, you received the whole armor when you initially confessed Him as Savior. Walk in it. Talk it.

If you feel that this is something you should do in order to go forward in your relationship with Christ and the HS is convicting you of it, then I cannot speak for others, but I am here to listen and not judge. I would hope the others feel the same.

Everyone's sin have been forgiven because of Jesus' sacrifice. There is no need to confess your sin in order to be forgiven.. (There is also no need to take the words from 1 John out of context 8^)

It sounds like you want to tell someone about it. Remember this forum is public and there are some who enjoy attacking others, so my suggestion is to discuss it with someone close to you. If you feel that you must tell the forum about it then do so. I'm sure that most will be understanding and helpful.

You should confess your sin, firstly to God. Ask for forgiveness and absolution.

I disagree! God has already forgiven all those who have accepted Christ's sacrifice and all their sins. There is no need to ask for something one has already received.

Oh, so one can sin as much as one likes without any worries then?

John 20:21-23
21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

I'm not really interested in reductio ad absurdem. The answer to your extreme statement is this...

When one has been saved and received the Holy Spirit, there is no such thing as liking to sin. Christians are dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit guides believers, so sin is abhorrent. No Christian will continue to sin and take pleasure in doing so. If and when a Christian inadvertently sins (since we're not perfect) it is no big deal.

Let me ask you a question: how do you keep from stealing, raping, or murdering? Do you constantly put pressure on yourself not to do these things?

Why does your signature read "Jesus, please forgive me a sinner"? Don't you accept the fact that Jesus paid the penalty for all sin, so asking him for forgiveness is no longer necessary?

I'm not goatee, but I cant ask for forgiveness for something I may commit tomorrow, that's not even possible. Now what I have done from this moment to past, sure, but for the future, NO.

I disagree with this that means you can sin all you want.

Ok, so you never sin then? You are sin free?
