CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Because he insulted Jack by not letting him live with Kat and also saying that "I need your emotions for the war that we are in." That just tore Jack to the core, so now he wants to kill Father Van Andruian, but here's the smart thing that Jack is going to do, when he kills Father Van Andruian, he's going to make it look like a rogue vampire killed him.

You'll find that to be a very difficult challenge. But if you REALLY want to... fine. If Jack can't take orders, then he can give this a shot. It shouldn't have torn him up if he actually reasoned that he wants to go so he can be enraged by memories of his mother, but whatever. This oughtta be fun...

Um... just so you know Kat is going to get really upset with Jack...she LIKES Father Van Andruian! She views him as a friend of sorts... she trusts him way more than she does the others except Sister Deborah and Brother Nicodemus.
