I woke up and was heading to the little girls room when I noticed I left the computer on last night. I guess I forgot to shut it off when I went to make my cinnimon buns. I made two dozen even though there is only 8 people in our class, each one is about as big as a softball and all gooey with butter, sugar and cinnamon, I even put some glazed pecans on top this time. I know the extra's won't go to waste (they might go to my waist tough ). Since the computer was already on though I thought I would check in and see what happened on here while I was sleeping. This forum never stops!

I never really thought I had a talent in writing though ? When I was a little girl my dad used to call me stupid, I believed him. It was only when my best friends mom got ahold of me that I began to understand I wasn't dumb or stupid. Mom really helped me see I wasn't the trash I once thougt I was, then God stepped in and made me a daughter of the King, so I suppose I'm a princess now LOL

Well I'm gonna go put the icing on those cinamon buns, if I do it now I can set my clock for a half hour later... I like thinking I'm sleeping in ... I think I am way past being tired, I'm in one of those goofy goofy moods

Yummy. I'm drinking a cup of joe right now. A nice, warm, home-made cinnamon roll with gooey nuts sounds perfect about now.

What I've learned about writing is that the greatest writers have a sense of rhythm in words. They feel the "beat" of a sentence and can carry their readers along. I'm carried along with you when you write. Just as some of the greatest musicians are self-taught, some of the greatest writers are as well.

BTW, I read parts of your story to my husband and twin girls, aged nine and budding writers themselves. We were all commenting on how vividly you write. "That girl's got story" we said. Not only that, but God gave you a talent in telling it. Praise God!

I was laughing at the thought , coffee buns invitation or,
"hey folk, all welcome" chat. Just think of it , all around the camp fire and the singing ..Wow.

It had me thinking, ...so that is why the airline sent us an email for cheap flights. yesterday.!

Oh my goodness, someone went shopping for me. I got in here and found someone secretly gave me a bunch of gifts in my private messages. I don't know who you are, but thank you so much. I might try and tinker around with my character in a little bit, so many new goodies... Even a pink gown! So cool!

My little boy has an ear ache, I put some numbing drops in but will have to get him to the doctor tomarrow if it isn't better. He cryed himself to sleep an hour earlier than his bed time! If you have a moment and could pray for him I would appreciate it.

ralangley you are so sweet, I guess I just don't see the talent, it must be a God thing... I do appreciate the compliment though.

I got one cinnamon bun left from Sunday and I am microwaving a mug of water to make some chamomil tea. That should calm me down real good.

I'll come back around after while and see who is up and about.

Well my character looks pretty fancy in her pink gown!!! I got more goodies than I can use at one time now. The rose I chose to hold in memory of my husband hides some of the others. I put the pretty white sandles on her too, something I could never personally wear myself, but the dress is long enough it covers it up.

Well, I'm going to sneak off to bed. I got a feeling that my little guy may be up a couple times tonight so I better go get some ZZZ's

Well, he isn't getting better... I had to clean out his bed a little while ago and clean him up too, nasty yucky mess. It don't look like I'm gonna get much sleep tonight. He is sleeping right now beside me, and on the other side is a bucket. He isn't running a fever but he sure don't feel good. Poor little guy...

He is doing a little better, went to see the doctor today and the doc gave him a shot. I would rather take the shot for him than to have to try and help hold him down... It just breaks my heart to have to do that. The doctor said he had double ear infection.

He has slept a good portion of the day and he isn't running a fever now, nor is he crying about his ears. I feel real run down, I hope I'm not getting sick. If I do it could set my surgery back... I'm going back to bed. Maybe I can beat this thing off with some prayer and some extra rest.

Good news is that my little guy is feeling better, he was up at 6am playing with his trucks! He also didn't go to bed until 10pm way past his bed time, but he needed some mommy time and honestly so did I. Also I am feeling ok now as well, so I think I will be alright for my surgery on Monday.

I got some bad news today... I am a secretary part time for a local company. The work we do is actually contracted for a large corporation. Well that corporation is cutting 6000 employees nation wide and is also cutting some of their contractors. It looks like at the first of March I will be out of work. The good news is I have some income outside of this work that takes care of things like rent and food, but my job is what I use to pay for the xtras in life. Things like my internet service and my one meal a week out at a resteraunt and such will have to go. That could also mean I would lose out on all of you great people! The only way this could all turn around is if we could find another company to conract with, it really ends up a God thing as He would have to work all that out!

I really want to thank you all for your prayers! It is really nice of all of you to remember me and my son as you approach the throne room. I ask for the highest of Blessing for each of you!

I would also like to thank who ever has been showering me with the gifts! It really means a lot to me, it is almost like getting real stuff. It is a lot of fun, changing my character around and stuff but the excitement I feel when I open up and see what wonderful person has given me this time is just really cool. Look at the beautiful white "queens" gown, WOW could you imagine having something that nice to actually wear, not to mention someplace to wear it too! and to think I have one to wear and I can wear it hear with all of you! LOL Thank you, for making me smile your all just wonderful!

'CrabWalk',my firm told us they were closing our centre and transfering to another place 50 miles away. For a year we were under the threat of closure and then exactly a year later they reversed their decision and we are still here!

Praying that God will provide for you in your situation. So glad you ae feeling better and your son and praying for you and your surgery appointment next week.

That is awesom Quietbloke, I have to say that contract terms have been met and the last day for this contract is 2/29/08 at 11:59pm. So when I get back from my surgery there won't be a coming back unless God puts a new contract in place with another company.

After I get back on my feet from my surgery I will apply around the area and see what is out there, since I am not looking for a lot of money or hours I might find something?

I have faith...

I don't want anyone upset looking for me, I will be going to mom's Friday until my surgery then when I come home I will actually be going to her house again until I can be sure I can fend for myself again. So I'll see you all real soon I hope!!!
