the fields of science from which they are experts
I see I creation, I see natural selection as described by Darwin. the universe is not made to fit us, we cannot breath in a vacuume.I am not a smart man, But I know what love is [Forrest Gump] and dear friend until you experience the what real peace and joy really taste like, Then no; You cannot fully understand.
Did you know that one tiny plant leaf has more intelligent design any computer or person?
The creation screams Creator and and I see Him everywhere
can I have your source?Well, first, I'm not sure that being a brilliant chemist or physicist makes one an expert on the existence of God.
And second, what's your evidence for believing that most expert chemists, physicists, etc. are atheists? What's your objective definition of "expert"?
The only survey I've seen is this one:
your using the bible to validate the bible but we cant use something that we cant prove is real to prove that it is accurateSee the part of the 'clever arguments':
God’s Power and Wisdom in Christ Jesus
18 The teaching about the cross seems foolish to those who are lost. But to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 As the Scriptures say,
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise.
I will confuse the understanding of the intelligent.”
20 So what does this say about the philosopher, the law expert, or anyone in this world who is skilled in making clever arguments? God has made the wisdom of the world look foolish. 21 This is what God in his wisdom decided: Since the world did not find him through its own wisdom, he used the message that sounds foolish to save those who believe it.
I have a bible in my shelves somewhere. It's very real, I can assure you.your using the bible to validate the bible but we cant use something that we cant prove is real to prove that it is accurate
if I may quote your article "A survey of scientists who are members of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, conducted by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press in May and June 2009, finds that members of this group are, on the whole, much less religious than the general public.1 Indeed, the survey shows that scientists are roughly half as likely as the general public to believe in God or a higher power."
Sure, maybe I misspoke, it has not been verified that what is written in the bible is accurate.I have a bible in my shelves somewhere. It's very real, I can assure you.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish here, if I may ask?Sure, maybe I misspoke, it has not been verified that what is written in the bible is accurate.
They are still heavily overrepresented compared to the general population, though.Yes, 41% of AAAS members (which does not include all scientists, of course) are atheists, while 51% believe in God or in a Higher Power.
You will notice that atheists are in the minority. This contradicts your earlier claim.
these are still just the regular population though not the intellectual elites that I spoke of earlier making this a strawman argument.Yes, 41% of AAAS members (which does not include all scientists, of course) are atheists, while 51% belief in God or in a Higher Power.

so my question, why is it that (in general) as the level of education and critical thinking rises that the number of theists decrease?
That's not a Nobel for proving god. the person who proves got will get one, I promise you. fallacy.Like I said, that's the only actual survey I've seen.
And once again, what's your evidence for believing that most "expert" chemists, physicists, etc. are atheists? What's your objective definition of "expert"?
Would you consider "having won the Nobel Prize"? This chart includes non-scientists, so atheists are actually over-represented (you might care to go through the book mentioned at File:Religion of Nobel Prize winners.png - Wikimedia Commons and check for yourself).
