Wow, it's been almost a year since I last logged in... How're things going, friends? I've been neck deep in graduate studies for the past year, as well as working full time and playing my guitar a lot more lately. Anything particularly notable happen? I dropped by a couple of times over the year and lurked, but didn't see anything striking. I'm glad we're back to Christian Forums after that ridiculous "foru.ms" debacle.

Things are going good Jon - definately missed you... CF shut down the Sotorieology forums for about two months back in November/December last year. That's about the only thing of interest that I can think of that you may have missed... Are you taking a break from school for the summer?

Nope. No rest for the weary, as they say. Of course, I only have one quarter left, so I wouldn't want to put it off anyway. I am ready to be done.

Not exactly sure - but I think the main reason was because people were reporting each other constantly. I think the mods were just getting slammed with that stuff and had no choice but to close it down to make a point. It all started when a few characters showed up who absolutely despise Calvinism/Reformed Theology and would stop at nothing to attack those of us who are Calvinist. Of course we wouldn't stand for it - and it just went down hill from there. Things seem to be a bit more civil over there nowadays...
