I've watched all the episodes so far and this show is really growing on me. My two favorite characters are Claire (?) and Hiro. The main reason is that they seem like such anti-heros that them having these amazing powers has a... ugh, cute or quaint aspect to it and I really like both of them.

Hero's has definately moved from "interesting new season prospect" to "appointment viewing" - and I work nights and have to chose it over CBS's delightful comedies.

Okay now that we've watched our recording, I can absolutely say: that was the BEST ENDING EVER. Wow!

I'm liking this show more and more every week. The cliffhanger and jaw-dropper endings are great, but the story itself is intriguing. And like most everyone else has said, my favorites by far are Hiro and Claire.

I want a comic book like that about my life. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to follow a plan and always know what decision to make?

Good point. There really is no easy way to get through life, is there? Unless you are.... HIRO the Amazing Time Bender / Teleporter!

See how I got myself back on topic? Slick.

I like the one cop. I can't remeber his name. Claire kinda bugs me because she is like a girl in my school who would be nice to you until you tried to help her. I felt bad for that boy.
The boy who tried to rape her??

I think she means the one who had been helping her with the videos, she blew him off.

Yeah, him. I felt really bad for him.
I can't wait to see what she does to the other guy.

Oh, duh! Sorry, I totally forgot about him!

Yeah I felt bad for him too. Especially since she had to promise him last week that she'd "talk to [him] in front of other people."

I love this show!!! I'm glad that they moved 7th Heaven to sundays because this was def taking it's place in my book. I love all the characters and how most of them have sidekicks, so cute!!! I like Claire but mostly because of her eerie dad!!! In fact when this weeks episode ended with her all cut up I wondered if she was really in the coroners or if her dad had done this to her!

I'm not a huge fan of Hiro but that is mostly because I have to read everything he says! I like the two brothers. They are two of my fave tv actors so that is part of it. I also wonder how that whole scenario is going to play out, one bad and one good? Can they only fly when they are near each other? Just an interesting story.

I like the cop too! Of couse, I like Clea Duvall and that seems to be his "sidekick" right now. Oh and what was with the guy in the bar that was starring at him and he couldn't hear his thoughts??? Any ideas on that one?

I also really like the artist who can see the future. I have such compassion for that guy! I wonder if he will ever see that the drugs aren't what brings about the visions?

My first thought was that he's the mirror-woman's ex. She doesn't know where he is, the kid appears to know stuff about him, he sounds like a pretty creepy guy... I dunno, it was just the first thing that popped into my head when I saw him.

So I finally watched my recording of this week's episode of Heroes.

The cheerleader.... who took the stick out of her head? Did she do it herself? Because at the time, it seemed as though she was completely DEAD, with her eyes glazed over and everything.

What good is invincibility as a Hero power if you can still be left incapacitated for such a long period of time? (How long does it take after someone's death before a coroner is allowed to run an autopsy? Did they have to notify her father before proceeding with it?)

Those are the questions I had too. When she stuck her hand into the garbage disposal, it bled and was mangled for a little bit. The healing wasn't instantaneous. Same with the broken neck from the football tackle. I wonder if the severity of the injury determines the amount of time it takes for her to heal.

She did look completely dead. I thought at first she was faking it so the rapist kid would think he'd killed her and run off. Then she could heal herself and go about her business. I was interested in seeing his face when he saw her up and about an hour later. So that threw me off. I guess she wasn't faking it at all.

Didn't she reach up and pull the stick out herself while she was on the coroner's table? I would assume her father was notified. If he knows of her powers, what could he be thinking? Failed experiment?

So many questions!

I also find it somewhat amusing that ever since the cheerleader has discovered her new ability, she's cheated death twice already (not counting her own self-initiated experiments).

That's what I call good timing.
