Adam: Do not eat of the tree of...

Nor have you - does that mean you are not saved by grace??

Is it you - we see in glorified form in Matt 17 and Luke 9 appearing with Christ in glory on the mount of transfiguration - or is it Moses and Elijah -- before the cross?

Paul holds this up to you - as your example of faithful saints - a great cloud of witnesses.

Hebrews 11
11 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
2 For by it the men of old gained approval.

3 By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible. 4 By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained the testimony that he was righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks.
5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God.
6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must belie
ve that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
7 By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

8 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going.
9 By faith he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs of the same promise;
10 for he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
11 By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised.
12 Therefore there was born even of one man, and him as good as dead at that, as many descendants as the stars of heaven in number, and innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.

13 All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.
14 For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.
15 And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return.
16 But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.

17 By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was offering up his only begotten son; 18 it was he to whom it was said, “In Isaac your descendants shall be called.” 19 He considered that God is able to raise people even from the dead, from which he also received him back as a type.
20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even regarding things to come. 21 By faith Jacob, as he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff.
22 By faith Joseph, when he was dying, made mention of the exodus of the sons of Israel, and gave orders concerning his bones.

23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful child; and they were not afraid of the king’s edict. 24 By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25 choosing rather to endure ill-treatment with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, 26 considering the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking to the reward.

Never in any of the verses Bob Ryan posted does it indicate the 10 commandments unless he quotes from the Old Testament. I don't care how many times he posts the same old thing it still does not add up to the teachings of Paul, John & James. All he is doing is parroting the same old verses time an time again. All our postings get unanswered.

Children of Israel: Keep the Sabbath.

Hebrews 8
“Behold, days are coming, says the Lord,
When I will effect a new covenant
With the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9 Not like the covenant which I made with their fathers
On the day when I took them by the hand
To lead them out of the land of Egypt;
For they did not continue in My covenant,
And I did not care for them, says the Lord.
10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
After those days, says the Lord:
I will put My laws into their minds,
And I will write them on their hearts.
And I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.

NOPE!!!
It does not delete the Law of God that defines what sin is.
Who 's deleting he law? You impose things not in evidence within your post while ignoring other passages in the same book of Romans. But chapter 8 says the flesh isn't subject to the law of God. Oh yeah I remember you think its implying the wicked. You're relying on a false assumption here from a half verse you often quote for support.
20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
But we're not slaves of sin or the law as Romans points out.

Only under a false assumption could this be true if Acts is true.

I am saved by Grace, instead of attempting to keep the Sinai Sabbath, which is the Sign of an obsolete covenant of bondage that was "added" 430 years "after" the promise to Abraham. (Galatians chapters 3 and 4)

If you kept the law I'd understand why you go on about it but you don't, you constantly sin and think about sin.
Romans chapter 4 verses 13-15
It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. For if those who live by law are heirs, faith has no value and the promise is worthless, because law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression.

This is silly and a great example of the sort non-solution we do not see tried against "Love God with all your heart" or "do not commit adultery" -- the war against God's law often uses methods that cannot be taken seriously because in selecting one of the commandments to attack - those at war with the Law of God - uses arguments that would demand non-stop rebellion against all of them.

I am saved by Grace,
.

In Romans 6 Paul says that those saved by grace choose not to sin - and in 1 John 3:4 we are told that "SIN IS transgression of the LAW".

In Romans 8:4-9 those 'saved by grace' are walking in harmony with God's Law and those who are lost - "do not" and "Can not" submit to the Law of God - but rather they are at war with hit.

Rom 8

4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Unless you read Hebrews 8 and notice that it is talking about Christ giving the Ten Commandments at Sinai - and that it is this law that is written on the heart and mind under the NEW Covenant.

As we all know by now.

Hebrews chapter 7
19. (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.

God's Word is True.
Including what HE SAYS IN HIS WORD ABOUT THE LAWLESS. (disobedient ones today, subject to the prince of darkness).

explain this then.
Romans chapter 9 verses 30-Romans chapter 10 verse 4
What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith; but Israel, who pursued a law of righteousness, has not attained it. Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone. As it is written: See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame. Brothers my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. For I can testify about them that they are Zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge. Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own the did not submit to God's righteousness, Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

......
Okay, this will possibly take several days or more. Are you ready ?
If so,
(1) do you think very many gentiles out of all the earth are saved compared to all the gentiles who are not saved ?
If you think so,
(2) then why don't they live like saved people ? (as written directions, descriptions, and instructions in the NT thoroughly show HOW saved people live)
This is very important.

That is true -- they ignore those Bible texts because to the one set against the Commandments of God - those Bible texts look like just-so-much-spam. In that model there is no need to look at the texts and consider the point that the Bible writer makes when it is in conflict with one's traditions.

This doesn't say you have to obey the law and you don't obey the law.
Matthew chapter 25 verses 31-46
When the Son of Man comes" in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. he will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right, Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. then the righteous will answer him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and got visit you? The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me. Then he will say to those on his left, Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.They also will answer, Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you? He will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me. Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.
