There is more done on it now, than when I first scanned it. I haven't added the eyes because they are french knots so I will add those before I frame it.

Very nice! I used to love doing French knots that is with embroidery. I've never done a sampler, though.

You are doing one of my favorite samplers. I made one for my mom several years ago and then she made it for me. A couple of years ago I made one for my daughter and daughter-in-law. It was so fun making it and thinking about each section as I was doing it. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Yes it is fun to contemplate each section that I am on. I try putting my friend in that particular area. I am thinking of doing it for myself after I take a break from making the one for my friend. My mom no longer cross stitches as she is too busy with her career.

wow that's gorgeous!!! someone made me a sampler - it's very beautfiul, with a bear holding a bunny, it's in memory of my baby. that must have taken you ages to do!!!!
