What is your favorite TV show?

No real favorites. Different things for different needs.

I like the soap, Young and the Restless.

I like Boston Legal

I like 2 and a 1/2 men.

I also like Men in Trees.

None of these do my kids watch with me. I love watching kids movies with my kids.

Half empty in the early morning, half full at the start of the evening. Pretty much getting sipped, drank, refilled and emptied during the times in between. (I am so not a morning person)

When my life is at it's peak, my cup runneth over.

Holding, kissing, and snuggling my kids.

When my husband hugs me.

Memories of playing at my grandparent's home as a child. (one of the happy places I go in my mind to relax)

Laying on the hammock in our back yard on a perfect fall day, and just watching the clouds blow past the colored leaves (on of my best memories last fall).

Trail riding a good horse that loves to be ridden, and enjoys the adventure of eploring new paths as much as I do. (it's been years)

I just know Heaven will feel like all of those things someday!

The asperagus bed I've been working and nursing for years. It's the first thing to harvest out of the garden.

Yes, with the husband, no with the dog, in the days before kids. I went with him before kids, but since then, they were either too little, or one of them was inevitably home sick. The dog is younger than the kids, so that's where she fit in the cycle of things. We're trying to plan a family camping trip for hunting next year. It'll be a first, so I hope it happens.

Grilled teriaki pork tenderloin on a bed of wild rice with a reduced pork broth and plum sauce drizzled over the top. (I grill year 'round, so that one happens whenever the tenderloin goes on sale. )


BUT if you were referring to wild game, it's a tie between Basque Pheasant and Pheasant Marsalla.

0....all condiment packets go out to the camper . They take less space than large bottles and containers.

Are we talking Earthly fame? That is tricky, sometimes I think I want it, and other times I think I don't. Perhaps that is why I haven't actively sought it. If it does happen, I hope it will be for having written something that affects people in a posetive way.

If we are talking Heavenly fame. (Which would be that God knows us and recognizes us when we come before him), I hope he would know me having done that which he called me to do.

Definitely a night person. Not a morning person.

Guess that is all in how you look at it. I HAVE to be a morning person now, but can't, no matter how hard I try, naturally do that with any sense of alertness or energy.

And it leaves me always feeling like I need a nap by 1 p.m. or so.

(FYI hubby is totally a morning person.)

So when is your next camping trip? Ours was suppose to be this weekend, but it had to get canceled. BLAH. We have a new camper(new to us anyways) and we are dying to try it out.

The earliest we can camp here is usually April. We went for my birthday last year, but we usually can't make that call until we get closer. Too cold here.

I do know we will be camping by July for a family reunion, we already have our reservations, and the campground is nearly booked for that weekend already.

Be sure to check on your state park rates for camping, and reservation policies. They often have some of the best set-ups for campers, but you need to make reservations for any holiday weekends. Often those have to be made in the spring.
(Here you have to make them on the 1st Tuesday of April, starting at 8a.m., and it's first call first serve.)

Start Googling where you are going to go now . It's always easier to cancell (sorry you had to), then not be able to go because someplace is completely booked.

Yep we have slowly moved up in the camping world. Started with the old tents, then popup and now ...tada..RV.
