My husband and I have been using NFP for the last 18 months (since the birth of my baby) but I'm very irregular and it's difficult to keep track of when I ovulate.
Does anybody have any helpful websites that they use to keep track of their cycle and that have general NFP info?
If your cycle is very irregular is there any way of keeping track of when you ovulate other than taking your temperature every day?
