Not sure if you are ill or having computer problems. Either way, I'll say a prayer.

I have had trouble with my internet service for most of December; technicians came out and supposedly fixed the problem but it was always a temporary fix. Then a few days ago I started having trouble with my computer. Whenever I tried to get on the internet I had only half a screen showing up. My daughter said I need to drag the margin over. I told her I had repeatedly tried that. She fixed it for me. Everything was fine until I got off the internet. When I tried to get on the internet again the old problem had returned. For ten or fifteen minutes I tried to drag the margin and it would only move half an inch. Today I tried calling my daughter and she didn't answer. i left a message; she didn't call back. I ended up repeatedly trying to drag the margin (for 30 additional minutes). And now I'm finally here, and I'm so tense my shoulders hurt.

Now I'm afraid to get off the internet!

I know how frustrating it is to have computer problems Phoebe Ann! I've had times when I've been afraid to get off the internet too.

Could it be that your computer was just working very slowly, doing background stuff, so that the margin didn't drag straight away? I'm very low tech so I can't suggest anything else, but I'll say a prayer.

BTW isn't it frustrating when you phone for advice when internet access is down, and the recorded message tells you to go to their website!

Are you saying that your browser is reduced in size? If so, try going to File>Exit rather than clicking the 'X' at the top right. Do this after you have it showing as a full screen.
