Help me understand

Hello all. I hope you all are doing well today. I have a question that is going to cause you all to think for a while. I pray that I can explain it clearly. OK here goes: I know that when saved people pass from this place, they go to heaven. I also know that heaven is going on now. I got that part. In Revelation 21:1 John says that he saw a new heaven & a new earth. He goes on to describe it. Then he says that the New Jerusalem would be coming out of heaven to earth from God. My questions are:

1) Will heaven be on earth?

2) If people are already in heaven, how will they get to the new heaven?

3) If Jesus is coming back on a cloud to raise us up, where would we go if heaven is coming down.

I know that I might be confusing people, but maybe someone could just explain in detail what heaven coming down to earth means. Thanks a lot, and God Bless!

Heaven isn't going to be on earth. The earth is going to be made new and seperate from heaven, but we will be able to go btwn. both.

Heaven, as it is now, will be the same. The new heaven refered to, means new space and such.

The new Jersulalem is different from heaven itself. The new Jerusalem, not heaven, will be coming down to earth. The new Jerusalem is coming from heaven to earth.
