The curious cat should have obeyed its owner, but the owners voice may have distracted the cat thus causing it to climb the chimney. I mean this cat climbed the chimney several times before he failed.

No one knows it. It is simply your assumption. And I would ask - how do you know what you think you know? How can you demonstrate that this is true? You cannot shift the burden of proof to someone who asks how your claim is true.

Don't carry that thought too far or you will not have any historical document and verifiable author under this "burden of proof". If the scholars' judgement are not acceptable then whose are?. It does have a domino effect even into the foundation upon which you stand.
