I made the mistake of turning my 'Holiday styling' back on out of curiosity when I heard that we'd changed to snow.

Now I can't turn it off. I've unchecked the Holiday Styling' box (several times) and 'Saved' it (several times) - it's still snowing.

I've restarted CF (several times) and restarted the PC (several times) - no luck.

Like many others I'm finding the snowflakes distracting not to mention inappropriate for my version of Christmas. In Australia it never ever snows at Christmas.

Can someone please fix this ??

If not - can you please substitute a few sharks cruising by instead of the snow, so I can feel part of the celebration?

You may want to refresh your cookies to see if that works for you.

Lol!!! Sharks would be an awesome addition to the holiday theme here.
I didn’t bother looking for the Q&A in here so what’s the magic button for options to turn on off?
This should turn off your blizzard (unfortunately it ain't working for me)

1. Click on your avatar's name (top right of this page)
2, Click on this icon

Lol! Not the worst thing
It is if you're used to a Christmas where you normally go to the beach to cool off in 100 plus heat.

I saw snow many years ago and it didn't look pleasant.

Aww it’s pleasant OB but only for a few minutes if you’re not used to it (or have to shovel)

Why would you have to 'shovel'?

OB
People shovel snow off of sidewalks to create a safer pathway. The worst thing about snow is sometimes it starts melting during the day and then freezes over again at night, creating a slick icy surface that's easy to slip on.

Thank you. I live on the edge of the tropical zone so snow is something we never encounter.

I have two seasons: shorts and t-shirt or jeans and t-shirt. Sometimes I wear shoes. The idea of snow/cold is a foreign concept along with all those layers of clothing I see people wearing on TV.

It's hard to imagine how people can actually live in cold places.

Skiing is the most fun you can have standing up. And for those that think that Australia is all hot and dry, here's Mount Kosciuszko this morning. It's about 5 hours south of Sydney. Looks good with the forum snow drifting down.

I did check to see if your being stuck in the snow was a problem on our end and couldn't find anything. So it may have something to do with how your device interacts with this site. If you have another device you may want to try disabling it on that device.
