Help! flooded with notifications

Hi, I have cancelled my subscription to all but 2 threads and specified no e-mail notification but I still keep getting them.
When I click from the "unsubscribe link on the e-mail I get a message:

"An invalid threadid or forumid was specified"

I'm getting about 30 e-mails a day.
