Help, debilitating fatigue

Hi, I'm susiejo and I have bi-polar disorder. I'm writing for 2 reasons.
First I need prayer, I have been suffering with debilitating fatigue for almost a year now and I really can't live this way much longer. For those of you who have suffered from this you understand what I'm talking about. I can't function and I have a 4 year old daughter to care for as well as my husband. My daughter is in a private christian school and she has missed alot of days because I couldn't get out of bed to take her. Second, I would appreciate any advise for what to do about this fatigue, anything that any of you have tried that might work. I would really appreciate any help.

Susie I suffered with something similar it can be treated with creative relaxation therapy. Get an easel brush some paints and paint nature anything for at least 20 minutes a day does not matter if your bad . This will help you feel more relaxed and is natural medicine. You will unlock another dimension of your mind. Music? new instrument.

A friend of mine suffers from this too. She has chronic fatigue syndrome.
She has 3 small children too and feels like she can't keep up. She also has BP and is on lamactil.
I don't know a whole lot about this, But, I pray that you will be able to find out more from your Dr.
Have they been able to give you any specific info on this ??

No, the doctors can't give me any info on this. But I am currently trying chi therapy. It's a machine you lie on the floor, put your ankles in the slots on the mahine and turn it on. It wiggles you back and forth and it is supposed to increase energy, oxygen flow and just better overall health. I just started it so I will post again later and let you all know how it is going. Thanks for all the prayers and help!

Do you get good quality sleep at night? I used to think I had chronic fatigue until my doc got my bipolar meds right. Now that the medicines are right, I sleep good and have lots more energy.

oh my! this reminds me of my mum's therephy. she had a broken back/ and perm nerv damage. she has rods in her back. anyway, because of this she is 100 % disabled. she can walk, but it's very exhausting and most weather it is painful. she can't excersize at all. there is therepy like you discribe. there is a machine like a heating blanket that vibrates/massages water around her legs. it plugs into the wall. you just fill it with water. it's warm. there is also breathing excersizes that have the same effect. it was told to us that oxygen therephy could help.

I know lithium can cause fatigue,Have you had a lithium blood level check?
