Hello Everyone,
I am a new member (obviously). I am a 15 year old, homeschooled girl, 11th grade. I have been called to be a missionary, and am planning on going to mission college in a few years to fulfill that goal; I try to be a missionary in my everyday life as well. I love to sing, and I am going to tour with the Continental Singers next summer. I also enjoy writing poetry, reading, acting, and doing anything artistic.
I find myself struggling in my attempts to live an "abundant" life. How does it happen? I have chronic depression, so it's hard sometimes to live life at all. I'm trying to believe that all things will work together for good, but it's hard sometimes to put my faith in those words. Any advice? I already know that I should "give my situation to God" I've been told that many times, but usually it's just one of those things people say without knowing what it means. I would enjoy getting to know someone through the internet who would like to communicate regularly. I have my questions, but can also give good advice. I also have a good sense of humor despite my depression.
