The resurrection of Jesus is the only thing that makes sense
Otherwise, it's death that'd get the final say, and this, for me, woudn't make sense.
Life is truly existing, being, etc, whatever form it may take, and whatever blows death bears on life.

So, you see, the sensemaking has a great importance in my belief

But it's just a belief, it cannot be a certainty as well. (Where 's certainty, there's no more belief)

I do not fear death, dying maybe.
That is, I do not fear death if it is just that, the end.
If there is a God, then that would be my wish, that he grant me a final death.

i know how hard it must be, but in your situation, i focus on contemplation of the gifts of God as regards the living world, vegetal, animal, its harmony in the exchange of gas in the breathing, etc.. Look at com7fy8's avatar, how it displays wonder !
